Welcome to AIHustle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIHustle website, platform, courses, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using AIHustle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
AIHustle is an online learning marketplace that provides access to AI, digital, and income-focused courses. The Platform allows learners to enroll in courses and allows approved instructors to publish and monetize educational content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AIHustle.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
AIHustle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Course access may be free or paid, depending on the course.
Enrollment grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use.
Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of eligible courses.
Certificates are for educational and professional demonstration purposes only and do not guarantee employment or income.
Anyone with relevant skills or experience may apply to become an instructor.
AIHustle reserves the right to approve or reject instructor applications.
Instructors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their course content.
AIHustle may remove or suspend courses that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Prices for paid courses are displayed on the Platform.
All payments must be made through AIHustle’s approved payment methods.
Payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Instructors earn revenue based on course enrollments, subject to AIHustle’s revenue-sharing model.
Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods will be communicated within the instructor dashboard.
AIHustle reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.
AIHustle may offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting others to the Platform.
Referral rewards are subject to eligibility rules, limits, and verification.
AIHustle reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or resell course content without permission.
Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors.
All Platform content, including logos, branding, design, and software, belongs to AIHustle or its licensors.
Instructors retain ownership of their original course content but grant AIHustle a license to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform.
AIHustle provides educational content only and does not guarantee specific financial or career outcomes.
Results may vary based on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AIHustle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
AIHustle’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you on the Platform within the last 12 months.
AIHustle may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Your use of AIHustle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
AIHustle may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction (Nigeria) where AIHustle operates.
